General Director of Zarubezhneft JSC
BRUNICH Nikolay Grigoriyevich
Nikolay G. Brunich was born on March 3, 1955.
In 1983 he graduated from Dnepropetrovsk Institute of Engineers of Railway Transport, in 1996 – Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics.
Mr. Brunich’s professional career started in the years of the most intensive oilfield development in the North, in Usinsk. Upon graduation from the institute in 1983, he was assigned to Usinsk as a foreman of design and construction enterprise Usinskstroi.

For 25 years, N.G. Brunich has gained a vast leadership experience by holding different positions in the oil and gas industry.
In 1989 N.G. Brunich began employment as an engineer at Komineft JSC. In 1998 he was appointed Director of Economics and Finance.
In the end of 1999 N.G. Brunich joined LUKOIL-Usinsky Gazopererabatyvayushchy Zavod as Deputy General Director of Finance and Capital Construction.
In 2001 N.G. Brunich was invited by the top managers of GAZPROM JSC to work with Rosshelf CJSC where he served as Deputy General Director and Member of the Board.
In 2002 N.G. Brunich began to work with Zarubezhneft JSC where he held leading positions in the Department of Economics and Finance and the Department of Project Development and Realization.
In 2006 he was appointed General Director of Nenets Oil Company JSC.
N.G. Brunich has been General Director of Zarubezhneft JSC since December 4, 2007.
N.G. Brunich has a Ph. D. degree in economics.
Mr. Brunich is awarded a Certificate of Honour of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy and the title “Honorable worker of the oil industry” for his professional achievements and contribution to development of the oil and gas industry.
Mr. Brunich is married with two sons. |
