Among the priority tasks of "Zarubezhneft" is personnel training and assigning highly qualified specialists to work at joint Russian-Vietnamese venture "Vietsovpetro".
Now over 660 russian oil industry specialists are assigned to work at JV "Vietsovpetro" - experts in quest, exploration, production of oil and gas. They manage and participate drilling works with fixed platforms, jack-ups and semi-submersibles, exploitation of oil-and-gas wells, such vessels as crane ships, supply vessels and towing ships as well as large-capacity tankers, repairs and modernisation of technological equipment on oil and gas extraction and preparation for the transportation.
Scientific Institute for Research and Design "NIPImorneftegas" which employs over 30 Russian Candidates and Doctors of Science, is one of the main divisions of the "Vietsovpetro" joint venture. By designs and projects of the Institute our specialists construct off-shore hydro-technical installations and lay underwater pipe-lines.
To guarantee effective work of the joint ventures and their infrastructures, "Zarubezhneft" also assigns to work accountants, economists, legal experts, personnel management specialists, doctors and teachers.
Candidates are chosen from among specialists of oil-and-gas industries in Russia and the CIS countries.
